Graphical sound
The ANS synthesizer, invented by Evgeny Murzin, is one of the earlier synthesizers of the 20th century. It had a prfound impact on many soviet-era composers but there is only one left in existence. Make sure to enjoy the sound clip on the linked wikipedia page.
